Conditions

Cancellations

Bookings may be cancelled or changed without penalty one week or more before the booked time. Cancellations and changes can be made by sending an e-mail to ainfo@ateneum.fi or by phone, tel. +358 (0)9 6122 5520 (Tue-Fri 9-12). A penalty equal to the price of the tour shall be charged for bookings that have not been cancelled one week or more before the booked time.
 

Payment and invoicing

Payment for tours and introductory lectures can be made upon arrival at the museum at the cashier's desk. We accept cash, debit cards (bank cards) and most credit cards.

Registered companies and organisations with a Business ID can also be invoiced afterwards. The invoicing address and Business ID must be notified when making the booking. An invoicing surcharge of 3 euros shall be charged.

The VAT for guided tours and introductory lectures is 0% with the exception of lectures outside of the museum, for which the VAT is 24% (included in the price).
